Ideal Rehabilitation Specializing in Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy

IDEAL's first full service clinic was opened in Glendale Arizona in 2007.

2001 - The IDEAL Business Plan

Development of the IDEAL business plan began in 1992 and was completed and launched in August of 2005 after 17 re-writes and much influence from a number of great people with varying backgrounds spanning healthcare expertise, investment portfolio management, business management, entrepreneurialism, information technology, and corporate legal infrastructure.

2005 - The IDEAL Paperless Business Platform

Ideal Rehabilitation was born through the acquisition of KD Physical Therapy, Tucson Arizona, in October 2005. After completion of the acquisition, the clinic was relocated to a small single room clinic in July 2006. Using this clinic IDEAL developed original paperless business processes that eventually evolved into the present day proprietary IDEAL Rehabilitation paperless business platform.

2007 - The Original 5 Clinics

IDEAL's first full service clinic was opened in Glendale Arizona (February 2007), shortly followed by 4 more clinics in 2007, located at Grant Rd - Tucson (April 2007), Mesa (August 2007), Peoria (September 2007), and Campbell Rd - Tucson (October 2007).

2008 - Alicia Marshall Becomes Financial Manager

The great recession of 2007-2009 slowed the expected growth of the original 5 clinics and serendipity brought Alicia Marshall to IDEAL as first a Landlord of 2 of the original 5 clinics, and eventually as an investor in IDEAL in February 2008. In June 2008 Alicia became the Financial Manager for the company and she through much effort secured the necessary financing to move IDEAL's business forward in that very challenging economy. Her skill positioned IDEAL to move into another growth mode in 2009.

2009 - SOMA Physical Therapy/Daniel Brauning, PT, MPT, MTC, ATC Join Us

Daniel Brauning met with IDEAL in December 2008 and subsequently entered into a hand shake business agreement with Alicia Marshall and Lance Fritz, IDEAL, in January 2009. Later that year, October 2009, Daniel Brauning and his company SOMA Physical Therapy become part of IDEAL Rehabilitation and he assumed the position of Vice President of Clinical Services for IDEAL responsible for all clinic operations and management. Dan's experience and talent helped advance IDEAL quickly in 2009 and has established our clinic best practices that continue to spur company growth.
