Our paperless technology also enables our staff, as a courtesy, to verify your benefits and communicate those benefits to you prior to coming to your first scheduled appointment. We do this so that our patients are aware of what, if any, financial responsibility the need to plan for during their rehabilitation process. Also, our paperless system gives us the ability to easily setup and manage custom payment plans for patients with high deductibles and/or copays. This way our patients can consistently come to their prescribed Physical Therapy and/or Hand Therapy appointments and by doing so get much better results without the fear of how they are going to pay for it all at once.
